Our clinics are organised into 6 levels based on ability. It’s important for your child’s learning that they are placed in a clinic suitable for their level. Please read the “Choose when” description for each clinic level below to make sure you pick the correct clinic for your child.

Your child can swim with a recognisable stroke (but there is plenty of room for improvement).

Stroke Development 2 if your child can swim approx 25m (1x length) unaided.

The focus at this level is to improve technique in your chosen strokes. Developing technique clinics are offered for specific strokes and sometimes we include 2 strokes within 1 clinic. Front Crawl, Backstroke and Breaststroke are normally offered and sometimes we have Introduction to Butterfly as an option. (30mins per day)
Your child is able to swim more than 50m (2 lengths) in their chosen stroke(s) with recognisable form but wants to focus on improving their technique.
Guideline age: 6yrs to 10yrs
At our Perfecting level your child will work on an effective kick and pull, they will refine head position, body rotation and stroke timing. Race technique will also be included with work on starts, turns and touches. (45mins per day)
Your child is able to swim 200m in their chosen stroke(s) with good technique.
Guideline age: 9yrs +
“I have booked my children into swim camps before but they have never been of this high quality. The teaching was exceptional and each of my three came on in leaps and bounds throughout the four days. They learned new skills, improved their stroke and for the most nervous, learned to love being in the water. Thank you so much.”
